Spelt Sourdough (Unfortified white loaf)

Formulated after a discussion between ourselves and Bread & Loaf about the wide spread fortification of UK white flour this ancient grain by passes the legislation and still offers a nice white loaf - giving an alternative to those who don't really enjoy wholemeal. Ingredients: White SPELT flour, water, salt.
