About our Seeded Sourdough
Ingredients: Organic White WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron and Thiamine), Organic RYE Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter (RYE), Pumpkin Seeds (3.5%), Sunflower Seeds (3.5%), Salt. Dusted with rice flour and/or semolina.
A mixture of 10% organic rye flour, 90% organic white flour, a rye starter, pumpkin seeds and sunflower
seeds producing a loaf with a darker crumb and nutty flavour.
