Ingredients: Organic White WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron and Thiamine), Water, Sourdough Starter (WHEAT), Figs (7%), Fennel Seeds (0.5%), Salt. Dusted with rice flour and/or semolina.
