Lamb

Antibiotic and vaccination free lamb, locally reared on the hills of Picklescott. Primarily grass fed but with some top up hard feed (containing just 5 ingredients from a small local family run feed supplier) due to the very harsh, dry, summer we had in 2025. Raised with care. An unusual breed of sheep being Dutch Spotted. In our opinion these produce a superior, buttery, and much less 'lamby' flavour roasting joints. NON CERTIFIED ORGANIC.
