Nestled just outside Craven Arms, Broncroft Lodge Farm is an organic, pasture-based farm carefully run by James, Camilla, and their four young children. Their cows are daily-rotated across diverse herbal pastures, a holistic grazing method that keeps the cattle on nutrient-rich new growth while giving the soil ample time to naturally regenerate. It’s a thoughtful approach that prioritizes both soil vitality and animal welfare. Please note: While the farm itself and the herd are fully certified organic, the local abattoir utilized for this specific batch does not hold organic certification. As a result, this batch cannot be officially labelled as organic or display the Soil Association logo, despite being raised to strict organic standards.
